SKB Customer Service is awesome!
I am a professional photographer and I bought this case to transport my studio gear. After packing the case, my husband carried it down the stairs and one of the handles broke. I emailed SKB and within a few hours, I received an email that they would send me a new handle (actually they sent two just in case). The handles and latches on this case have a lifetime warranty. In the meantime, I used it again and another handle (the top one) broke. I just didn't think this case was going to work because the handles are plastic and would not withstand the weight. I even asked customer service and they said that the case was weight rated up to 175 lbs. So I emailed again and asked if there were other handles. They have metal spring loaded handles that line up perfectly with the holes in the case. (There are 3 holes in the new handle, but since the other two line up, I didn't have to drill into the case which would have voided the warranty.) Anyway, I got those handles within a week of the email and they work perfectly!

I only gave this product 4 stars because the handles are just not durable. The customer service was absolutely outstanding though! They responded quickly to my problem and were able to find the perfect solution!

SKB Double Golf Case
I used the case to transport model boats to a race in Australia. It works very well, but unlike smaller golf bags, it is considered oversize by US airlines (United). If you fill it so it weighs over 50 pounds, it will be over weight as well and quite expensive. Neither Air New Zealand nor Quantas charged extra even though my bag was both oversize and over weight for their domestic flights. It worked really well and was easy to haul around airports despite its size.

The best of the best!
Believe it or not, we use these cases for SPORT KITES... Not golf. But, our standard kite gear is worth over $6,000 and being made of carbon (like golf clubs) and rip stop, they need solid protection.

SKB makes the best cases I've come across... Unconditional lifetime warranty, and all the parts are set up in such a way they can mail you new pieces and they can be changed with ordinary household tools.

This is now the second SKB case I have for this purpose, in addition to the "Standard" SKB golf case.

The "standard" doesn't run into any problem with the airlines, but I have a feeling this new "double" might be oversize... Haven't found out yet.

I liked the first set so much, I bought another for my other son!!
I just wanted to thank you for getting back to me so quickly. It is truly the highest level of customer service I have received in a long time. When my seven year old son had the best game of his life, and was able to complete all nine holes the first time he played with his Acculength clubs, my oldest son wanted to upgrade his $40 dollar clubs right away. I was amazed that the rep from Acculength called me back right away to say he wanted to route my order through another vender to avoid any delay due to backorder!
I have never been interested in golf myself, until now. We are having so much fun. These clubs make all the difference!

NIGHTMARE
I ordered 2 sets of these golfclubs for my twin grandsons. When they arrived they were missing the 7 irons that were advertised. I called to have them send me the 7 irons that were missing, but instead they sent two entire sets instead, also missing the 7 irons. After many weeks we finally got the sets returned to you and hopefully the credit will show up on my next credit card bill. Please don't advertise an item that you can't deliver. I've ordered many, many items from Amanzon and this is the first time I've had a problem and this was a BIG one. I feel you must do something to make this wright. Patrick Kennedy

Accu-Length Expandable Jr. Clubs - Left Handed
I was having a really hard time trying to find left handed clubs for my 2 1/2 yr old (that is GOLF crazy) that didn't cost $200! Then I found these!! I can't remember exactly what I paid but I know it was well under $50.00. We got them in a couple of days and SOOO CUTE! They are perfect, my little guys loves putting on golf bag and carrying it around like Daddy. They are mini clubs, great sturdy material and I love the fact that they adjust with a little alan wrench (that is included with the clubs). The only thing I have noticed is that they do get a little loose where the length adjustment is made but I just tighten it back up and we are good to go. It doesn't happen often and is very minor. I would totally recommend!!!

Golf Club Hard-shell Case
After having owned two soft-shell cases in the past, I found out two things:
1. The zippers and seams simply can't hold up to the Airline Neanderthals and thier cousins in the TSA
2 - Some airlines (Southwest, for example) insist on making me sign a damage waiver if checking soft-shells

I use a "backpacker carry bag" so my clubs fit snugly within the confines of this case. I can get my sticks, accessories, shoes, rain gear, etc. into this unit and close it without having to have my kids stand on it to get it closed. It's compact, easy to roll around, and is *almost* indestructable.

I say *almost* because after one trip across the States, someone (baggage handlers or TSA?) had ripped off one of the handles. After getting it home and making a call to SKB, they told me the handles were under warranty and sent me a replacement set. two days later, and some effort with a screwdriver and small wrench (actually a green-repair tool ) I had the new handle on and was back at it! Great customer service from the manufacturer!

Fabulous for Fencing Gear Air Transport!
I purchased this case for my daughter's fencing gear as she was traveling on planes nationally and internationally this summer. I lined the remainder of the interior with similar foam to help pad her fencing gear - about another $10 in materials. It's maiden voyage in June was on Delta and was without a hitch - no extra baggage charge as it is a solid golf case (even if we don't use it as such. Fedexing it Greece caused a large frakus with customs as they do not allow "weapons" into the country, but suffice it to say everything showed up untouched and intact. A great case! We will recommend to all our fencing buddies!

Great case but requires a HUGE car trunk
I bought this case and loved it. I couldn't have been more pleased with its sturdiness, rolling ease, and quality of construction. My average sized stand bag fit nicely without much effort and there was room enough for shoes and other odd items inside.

HOWEVER, this case is so huge that it is nearly impossible to travel with if you rent a car. Don't be fooled by the length, sure you can fit a 49" driver in any trunk, but this case is 14" in diameter, so it is much larger than the length would lead you to believe. I recently flew to Las Vegas, and the only rental car with a big enough trunk was a Lincoln Continental (believe me I tried every trunk they had and this was the only one big enough). I usually rent an economy or full size car, so upgrading to a luxury car cost me a lot of extra money--I could have spent that money on a new driver! You can always try the back seat, but I needed it for people so that wasn't an option for me, though an economy or compact car will still be too small.

So, I have sold it and plan to buy a Club Glove Burst Proof travel bag which I have used before with good results. At least with a soft sided travel bag you can remove the clubs and fold up the bag to fit it all in any trunk or hatchback.

It's a great case, just be aware that it is not easy to travel with, you need a gigantic trunk.

Great Golf Cllubs
I live in Jamaica and bought this product via the internet from Amazon.com. It was shipped to my Aunt's house and this was done within the time stated.

I am a beginner player and when I took the clubs to the Caymanas golf course, Jamaica, my instructor and friends were all delighted and remarked that this set is a great product. I played only once with the set but already I'm loving it.

Excellent value for money
I purchased these clubs as an early Christmas present for my boyfriend. We aren't able to play golf very often as there isn't a golf course on Tortola so I didn't want to spend too much money. I am very pleased with the quality of the clubs and bag, the complete set really was excellent value for money. We have played 3 times so far and his game is getting better and better, long and straight off the tee with the driver.

Everything you need in one package
I recently bought a set of these Wilson Ultra Comp Golf clubs including Driver, woods, irons, pitching wedge, sand wedge and putter. After a couple rounds with these clubs I'm pretty impressed. I love this putter, which reminds my a little of the feel and design of an Odyssey 2-ball putter, without the 2 white balls. The first time I ever touched this putter I rolled in a 20 foot birdie putt. The three wood has never been hit because I've been able to stay long enough and straight enough off the tee with the driver that I never had to hit the 3 wood off the tee or from the fairway. I like the feel of the irons, with their steel shafts and beefy heads, they inspire a feeling of confidence. I prefer blade-type wedges to the matching wedges included with this set, but these clubs have performed nicely so far The set includes a nice Wilson stand bag.
